MREA Annual Energy Fair
June 16, 2017 @ 9:00 am - June 18, 2017 @ 4:00 pm
The Midwest Renewable Energy Association is hosting their 28th annual Energy Fair! The Energy Fair brings people together to learn about clean energy and sustainability, connect with others, and take action towards a sustainable future. There are events going on throughout the weekend, starting Friday the 16th at 9 AM and going until Sunday the 18th at 4 PM. The Fair is held at the Midwest Renewable Energy Association campus in Custer, Wisconsin, home of the Fair since 2002. For the first time, there will also be a second Fair in September in St. Paul, Minnesota!
Come be a part of the longest-running event of its kind in the nation! There will be more than 200 exhibitors, 250 workshops, and a clean transportation show, as well as several keynote speakers, including JB Straubel from Tesla, and musical guests performing throughout the weekend.
Tickets are available for purchase now. Free admission to the Wisconsin Fair are offered to MREA Members, kids 12 & under, and hardcore volunteers. Volunteers giving two hours time can get in free the day they volunteer and Sunday, and Dads get in free when with their child. Ticket prices vary depending on dates and times, and Special Events. An MREA membership may also be purchased through the webpage, allowing free entry to both Fairs!
