Nateraj writes, “I just attended a rally concerning Madison Gas and Electric’s proposed rate changes which drastically redistribute costs disproportionately to those who use the least energy, especially the low-income and eco-minded households, and rewards those who consume the most energy including industry, big-footprint homes, and inefficient homes.”
